Due to circumstances out of our control with Covid-19 protocols, we are unable to host our annual Goodies with Grandparents event. But our PTO still wanted a way to recognize grandparents for everything they do to support our kids and our school. We have partnered with Practically Pikasso (a Plato Seminole family owned business) for a fun, at home painting activity, that will allow your child to create a keepsake to celebrate Grandparents Day. $5 from every kit sold will be donated to the Plato Seminole PTO to help support our school.
Grandparents Day Pottery At Home Kits include: your choice of pottery, pottery paints, use of brushes, kiln firing. Kits will be delivered to your child's homeroom by September 4th. Kits (pottery and supplies) need to be returned to school on September 8th for kiln firing. Food safe fired pieces will be delivered back to the school by September 11th in time for Grandparents Day (if your piece is returned on September 8th)
Name and Year will be written on the bottom of each piece. Additional personalization is available.
